About Us


Grasser Farms is located at Hallston, a small dairy farming community in the hills of the Strzelecki ranges of South Gippsland, Victoria, Australia.


Growing good wholesome, nutritious food the way it is meant to taste is a passion for us.  On the farm good food starts by having good land to grow it on.  Biological farming practices are used and we eliminate the use of chemical intervention.  Having good soil allows us to grow grass all year round to feed all the animals on the farm.


On the farm we are breeding rare breed pigs, including Large Black, Saddleback and Berkshires, milk a small herd of dairy cows and we also breed geese and chickens.  All the animals on the farm are free range and have access to fresh grass and room to roam about in a natural healthy way.
